I came to her at a time there was very little inventory. Prices were starting to go up and there was not many property for sale. She listen to me about all the things I wanted - in a certain area of Coral Gables -Small condo -no frills like concierge, pool, exercise room, valet etc that increase HOA -in my price range -built more than 10 years ago After searching she told me there was a condo with everything I wanted. Right there she took me to see it and I did not have to think more. I bought the home I must also add that the previous owner was in Spainand was a headache to deal with. Thanks to Maty negotiation skills, I was able to buy the condo.
